Northwestern Regional Library system includes thirteen
member libraries in Alleghany, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin
counties
of North Carolina.

area spans over 1,500 square miles in the beautiful foothills
and mountains of northwestern North Carolina.

Don't have time to download
your favorite book onto your mp3 player? We can help. The Northwestern
Regional Library is proud to offer "Playaway" portable,
preloaded, self-playing, talking books. Playaways weigh about
2 ounces each and measure 3"x2". There is nothing to
download just choose your favorite title, check out and go. You
can even play them in your car if you have a mp3 adapter.
