The Multi-Purpose Room may be used for non-profit
meetings conducted by educational, cultural, civic, religious,
political, and governmental groups. The room cannot be used for
a long series of regularly scheduled meetings. Reservations for
use of the room are taken no more than three months in advance
of the meeting date.
The room's capacity is: with chairs for attendees, 60 people;
with tables and chairs for attendees, 32 people.
Available for use are: 60 chairs, bulletin/wall
display boards, 8 folding tables (72"), 3 folding tables
(90"), TV/VCR.
Users are responsible for setting up the room
and leaving it as it was found. Users must remove any trash.
If a meeting both begins and ends outside of
the library operating hours, there is a rental fee of $15.00.
